After college in 1984, where Bill Jr. was majoring in Business Administration, he went to work in a performance warehouse.  In his new position he was responsible for managing the shipping and receiving departments.  In 1985, he joined a performance rep agency where he began running a jobber van.  Bill Jr. covered 11 states where he would give seminars to jobbers as well as WD's and set up plan-o-gram's in their stores.

In 1987 Bill Jr's responsibilities changed to calling on WD's, retail outlets, engine builders and mail order houses.  He continued this role for 8 years where he gained valuable knowledge and experience in dealing with a wide range of accounts in the automotive industry.

After 10 years in the industry, Bill Jr. joined William Garner & Associates in November, 1995.  His new role found him covering a larger territory as well as 5 warehouses.
